Ranjitkar
is the Nepal Program Director of Kathmandu
Valley Preservation Trust. He has been
active in the field of heritage conservation
since 1991 and has been responsible for the
preservation of many important monuments as
well as the restoration of traditional

Ar. Sushmita Ranjit
enjoys her job as and
architect, which provides her the
opportunity
to mingle nature with human creation.
Currently she works for CE Services on a
project

effective housing with a focus on

Sampada Malla
is the winner of 'Travel Writer of the Year
2005' awarded by Nepal Tourism Board. She
regularly writes for leading English and
Nepali magazines and has also published an
anthology of Nepali stories called 'Anayas
Eddin'. Sampada has been regularly writing
for SPACES and is currently working as the
program coordinator for Sarvanam Theater
Group. )
Veneeta Singha
is an art and design enthusiast from
Kathmandu who is sometimes also a writer.
Ar. Prajal Pradhan
has been researching on neuroscience for
architecture, healing by design (therapeutic
architecture), and holistic medicine for the
past 2 years and plans to pursue a master’s

Richa Bhattarai
recently obtained her bachelors in
journalism and English and now plans to
pursue English literature in Tribhuwan
University. She enjoys writing -
particularly fiction and poem and her
stories and articles appear regularly in The
Kathamndu Post.

thesis on drug rehabilitation centre,
encouraged her to study the impacts of
environment on mood, behaviour and the
recovery process and is at times surprised
